You assume all risks of loss and damage to the products from the moment they have left Arte y Tejido headquarters. Make sure your shipping address is correct, as we cannot change it after an order has been shipped from our office. ARTE Y TEJIDO will not be responsible for errors in delivery when the shipping address indicated in the order is not correct or has incorrect data or omitted data necessary for your location. Please note that if a signature is not collected at the time of delivery, you agree to these terms and conditions: to authorize ARTE AND TEJIDO to leave the package at the shipping address without obtaining a signature. ARTE Y TEJIDO is not responsible for any loss or damage that may result from leaving the package at your shipping address without obtaining a signature. Delivery times that appear on the website are estimated and should only be used as a guide. Delivery times will start from the date of shipment.

Merchandise purchased on the website may be returned within seven (7) days of receipt, only if you have quality problems. The goods must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, unaltered and in good condition, with labels and original packaging included. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be returned to you. Damaged returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. ARTE Y TEJIDO is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the products if approved by customer service.

ARTE Y TEJIDO will repair free of charge any damaged product due to quality if the damage occurs within three (3) months after purchase. Any of those damaged items more than 3 months from the date of purchase are subject to repair charges. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. To request a repair, please email us at arteytejidoatlantico@gmail.com with a brief explanation of your repair request and pictures. You will receive an email indicating whether the repair proceeds free of charge or not, and we will send an authorization number of the repair, which must be indicated in the shipment.
